Delivery Information

You are welcome to collect items directly from our warehouse located in Willetton.

We offer our clients free delivery within the Perth metro area on Monday and Friday.

We use a variety of reputable couriers and freight companies for all other deliveries based on the goods ordered and your location. Please call us for a quote for deliveries outside the Perth metro area.

If you have special needs around the timing of a delivery, please contact us to ensure we’re able to meet your requirements.

Unattended Deliveries

If you are unable to be at home to receive your delivery, you can specify the items be left unattended in a nominated location. Please note we do not accept responsibility for any items left unattended.

If a carrier attempts to deliver and we have not received an authority to leave the item unattended, you will receive a card to contact the carrier and rearrange delivery.

For large delivery items the carrier will contact you prior to delivery to confirm arrangements.

Inspection of Goods After Delivery

Please inspect all goods within 24 hours of delivery to ensure they are not damaged.

Where can I see your furniture?

Our showroom is located at 9/30 Gympie Way, Willetton WA 6155.

Do you deliver?

Yes, delivery is free of charge on Monday and Friday of each week within the Perth metro area. More information can be found at the bottom of our web site under Delivery Information.

Where is your furniture manufactured?

Fermob furniture is designed and manufactured in France. Vincent Sheppard and Vincent Garden products are designed in Belgium with manufacturer in both Belgium and Indonesia.

Do I have to buy items as a set?

The majority of our furniture can be purchased individually, although some chairs are sold in pairs. Refer to individual items on our web site under Product Specifications.

Will your furniture last outdoors?

Yes, our furniture items are purposefully designed to live outdoors. Should an item be considered an outdoor item that needs to live under cover, this will be stated in the Product Specifications on our web site.

What is the warranty on your furniture?

The warranty on each item is individually set by the manufacturer and can be found under the Product Specifications on our web site.

How do I know if something is in stock?

A smiley face and “In Stock” listed against the individual product on our web site will indicate if the product is in stock.

What is the lead time on special order products and those not in stock?

We are unable to give an exact answer to this question. We encourage you to get in touch with our helpful staff via phone or email so we can chat about your requirements. Generally it is an 8 – 12 week time frame.

Please note: we place container orders on a regular basis. The lead time on a product not in stock depends on the timing of the next shipment and production dates, however the item you require may already be in transit. Please contact us to discuss availability.

Can I return the product if it’s not what I want?

Yes, we have a 7 day return policy. You can find more information on Returns and Refunds at the bottom of our web site.

Do you sell directly to the public?

Yes we do.

Do you sell to trade clients?

Yes we welcome trade enquires. This includes interior designers, architects, landscapers, builders, schools, local council, aged care facilities, public space activators and many areas of the hospitality industry. Please contact us for a Trade Application

Is your furniture suitable for commercial use?

Many of our products can be found in commercial environments around the world. We can assist you to identify the most appropriate products for commercial use.

I am from the press industry, can we borrow furniture for a photoshoot?

Yes, we are happy to discuss your requirements for photoshoots with promotion for Patio & Balcony Outdoor.

Returns & Refunds

You have the option to return any unused item within 7 days of receiving it.
Returns procedure:

  • Prior to returning your item please contact us to discuss
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging in saleable condition
  • Upon receiving and inspecting the item we will refund the amount paid less any outgoing or return delivery costs

Should you receive the wrong or damaged item, we will offer to replace or refund the product, packaging and delivery fees.

Please take the greatest of care when unwrapping furniture. Our manufacturer’s guarantee does not cover damage incurred from knives, scissors, scratches from staples or from placing table tops on the ground.


Product and colour combinations not in stock will typically take eight to twelve weeks for delivery from the manufacturer. Should you still wish to proceed with your order we will keep you updated on the estimated delivery time during this period. We request a 50% deposit on all items placed on back order.

Returns on Custom and Special Orders

Our 7 day return policy does not apply to custom orders. These orders are manufactured specifically for you and can’t be returned for change of mind.

Returns on Sale Items

Our 7 day return policy does not apply to sale items. We encourage you to check any details with us before making a purchase on sale items.
