Care & Cleaning teak furniture:

Teak furniture is the only wood that is totally rot-proof and naturally resistant to external damage, it protects itself.

Teak requires no maintenance, however over time it will display a grey patina caused by natural exposure to water and ultraviolet light. This does not affect the teak's durability.

It is your taste whether you wish to prevent this natural process by staining your teak furniture.

You can remove stains and rings by following the steps below:

  1. Clean your teak with a brush and soapy water.
  2. Sand the teak furniture with sandpaper in the direction of the wood grain to remove any unwelcome marks.
